GOOD JOB KID

GREAT... YA BLEW IT
EP OUT NOW

ABOUT GOOD JOB KID

Hailing from Peterborough UK, Good Job Kid are a synth-fuelled, melody-driven two-piece, influenced by the Midwest Emo scene, taking inspiration from bands such as Free Throw, Hot Mulligan, and Mom Jeans.

The band is fronted by Aidan Matthews, who handles lead vocals and guitar. This multi-talented specimen is also the brains behind the catchy synth lines, giving the band’s sound a unique edge.

On drums, Will Olley comes with a public health warning, and fans are advised to bring ear protection due to his overzealous but completely necessary hard-hitting grooves.

Good Job Kid have been lucky enough to play all over the UK and can mainly be found causing a racket across East Anglia and the Midlands.

They have also spread themselves further afield from the UK, playing at Vesterbro Rock Fest in Copenhagen, Denmark and at the Joshua Blues Club in Como, Italy!

After two years of hard work and sweaty studio sessions, the boys have finally released their debut EP “Great Ya Blew It” and have since featured on various radio shows: BBC Introducing on BBC Cambs and Essex, Peterborough Community Radio and Vesterbro Rock Radio in Denmark. They also had the pleasure of having a natter with Riley on his Riffs and Gigs Podcast.

Hit the lads up on Facebook or Instagram for gig info and come down and boogie.
